Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

Sessions can be booked through our website, social media platforms, or by direct contact. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you may be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for future sessions after a no-show.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the booking process.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Follow the guidance provided to the best of your ability
• Communicate openly and honestly about your progress and any concerns
• Respect appointment times and provide adequate notice for cancellations
